The Summerfest Working Group is now accepting vendor applications for Summerfest 2025. Please carefully review the Vendor Terms & Conditions before submitting your application. Successful applicants will receive an email shortly after the selection process and will be invoiced after confirmation.

Please note the following timelines:

• January 31, 2025 – Applications open
• March 14, 2025 – Pelham Business deadline for 15% off
• March 31, 2025 – Final deadline for all applicants – applications may be considered after this date and will be subject to a $100 late fee
• May 9, 2025 – Vendor approvals. Vendors will be notified by email as soon as possible after the review
