2025 Pelham Summerfest Vendor Applications
Thank you for your interest in Pelham Summerfest. Vendor applications for 2025 are now closed.
Please note the following timelines:
January 31, 2025 – Applications open
March 14, 2025 – Pelham Business deadline for 15% off
March 31, 2025 – Final deadline for all applicants – applications may be considered after this date and will be subject to a $100 late fee.
Starting May 12, 2025 – Vendor approvals. Vendors will be notified by email as soon as possible after the review.
